Design your Team Work
Vanja Sandelin-Blair offers a smorgasbord (it’s the Swedish way!) of workshops that aim to raise self awareness and achieve positive change in individuals and teams alike. All workshops can uniquely be combined with professional coaching to support sustained behavioural change. .
- MiND – MyBrain Indicator of Neurological Dominance
This workshop uses science about our brains to identify and explore the participant’s neurological dominance and how an individual’s different aptitudes and preferences affects their team. The workshop is based on neuroscience and covers areas such as how our brains’ limitations affects us and how your awareness of this can improve co-operation and team work.
- Unconscious Bias – be aware and make better decisions Unconscious bias affects all of us. Every day. It affects the way we think, how we communicate and make decisions. This workshop will make sure you are aware of how it affects you and – more importantly – how you can use this knowledge to your advantage.
- Coaching for managers – What’s in it for me?
An introduction to coaching skills and their benefits for managers.
