ScandiCoLab’s Launch Party was wonderful mix of people, prosecco and positive consversations. Now our project has really taken off and offer an autumn full of opportunities for our clients to improve their work/life balance.
Late afternoon Anna-Karin, Helen and Susanna brought provisions to the M Studio in Bermondsey.
The party soon got going with progressive discussions about how to rationalise and streamline small businesses.

The five founders gave a presentation of ScandiCoLab. Anna-Karin Aksberg explained how important nutrition is to achieve better, but many struggle with changing old habits. Susanna Daag described the Health Retreat where she and Anna-Karin show how to reach sustainable change. Susanna also mentioned her No Nonsense Business Plan scheme and Outside for Insight, which she has developed together with Vanja Sandelin-Blair. Vanja elaborated on the importance of being outdoors to get new perspectives on old issues. She then presented her workshops for change in the workplace through better communications between team members. Helen Rennie-Smith emphasised how important communication skills are for business owners to confidently convey their message. Finally Marie Rune showed how hiring a virtual assistant will free time for entrepreneurs so they can focus on their chore business.
Now we’re officially launched, we can help you design your life the way you want it!
